Screen-printing (CMYK) on porcelain, wood and aluminium
45,5 x 40,5 x 3 cm
The work is composed of 65 pill blisters replicated in porcelain. In this case, the object loses its value and is decontextualized through repetition, becoming a blank canvas. I invite the public to reflect on the use and abuse of medications. The mural format refers to the portrait, as the initial image is based on a human representation, which is later altered and becomes an abstraction. This transformation echoes the actions and desires we seek in our routines to achieve well-being. However, these desires can become obsessions, crossing the boundaries of health. The aim is to analyze the transformation and its consequences.
